I have a bright floral sketch to share with you today.
Happy Thursday, friends!Β π
I recently purchased a set of Tombow dual brush pen markers and have been having fun playing with them. These bright citrus colors grabbed my attention.
I just love how bright and intense they are. There’s nothing shy about these markers. π
Neon Garden – 9 x 12 inch bee mixed media sketchbook
I started with the brush pens first to sketch out the flowers. These flowers seem to be my go to lately. They keep following me around and showing up in many of my pieces.
On top of the bright colors, I used a micron pen to build upon the sketch. I really like the combination of both here. Overlapping and drawing outside the colors is a fun way to create. I think it adds movement and more interest.
Thank you for stopping by and following me on this creative journey.
Until next time, sprinkle kindness all around and shine on!

How fun! Tombow’s are nice pens with beautiful colors. I’m trying to get used to them since my stamp provider migrated to them from Marvy which seems to have a smaller point. Hopefully I’ll be able to make the switch. Your neon garden is lovely.

You can get a blending palette for $3, https://www.tombowusa.com/blending-palette.html
It’s just a piece of plastic you can use to blend colors like you would on a watercolor palette
