I worked on a fun little squares project this week.
Happy Thursday, friends! π
I started by painting some watercolor squares.
Then I added ink sketching using my Sepia Micron pens (01 and 005).
I tried to keep the same theme in each of the color diagonals. Some sketches are very simple and others have more detail.
For the two unpainted corners I added ink doodles. I should have started by drawing a frame for them first since I got a little carried away there… Ahh, another lesson learned.
My favorites are the peach squares with a simple branch and the green squares with little doodle frames. Which squares are your favorite?
I hope you are inspired to create art and do more of what you love.
Until next time, share a smile and stay excellent!

I am smiling too, what a fun drawing! I love how the different colors change the feeling of the drawings, and they all compliment each other! LOVE this!
